THREE THINGS: Sephora Collection Rouge Gel Lip Liner, Rouge Shine Lipsticks and Rouge Cream Lipstick

It's sad that Sephora Collection products are often overlooked. They have a crazy amazing selection of products at decent prices and in innovative formulations. Today, I've got three Sephora Collection lip products to share with you - the Sephora Collection Rouge Gel Lip Liner ($15), Sephora Collection Rouge Shine Lipsticks ($15) and Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipstick ($16).

Swatches: Sephora Collection Rouge Gel Lip Liner in 07 Dragon Fruit ($15), Sephora Collection Rouge Shine Lipsticks in 55 Addicted to You and 60 Love Me Tomorrow ($15) and Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipstick ($16) in R62 Private Boudoir.

Sephora Collection Rouge Gel Lip Liner in 07 Dragon Fruit ($15)

Can I jump to the point and say that the Sephora Collection Rouge Gel Lip Liner might be the best I've ever tried? It's smooth and creamy, yet it still has the lasting power and slight waxiness that is required for a lip liner to be worn under a lipstick (or on its own). Sure, it's not self-sharpening like Annabelle's lip liners but it is retractable and has a mini sharpener on the end.

The Sephora Collection Rouge Gel Lip Liner in 07 Dragon Fruit is described as a matte fuchsia on the Sephora website. It's not so blue that it makes my teeth look yellow. It's just enough to be bold and punchy yet wearable. It's also not that matte and has a slight moisturizing sheen. The Sephora Collection Rouge Gel Lip Liner is available in 18 shades all of which I feel like I neeed.

Sephora Collection Rouge Shine Lipsticks in 60 Love Me Tomorrow

I typically love shiny lipsticks but the Sephora Collection Rouge Shine Lipsticks were not for me. They aren't particularly moisturizing. In fact, they're a little hard feeling and require quite a few layers to build pigmentation. In the process of layering the lipstick, lip lines and dry patches are emphasized in a not-so-flattering way.

The Sephora Collection Rouge Shine Lipstick in 55 Addicted to You is a pale pastel pink, while 60 Love Me Tomorrow is a sheer coral. The Sephora Collection Rouge Shine Lipsticks are available in 39 shades.

Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipstick in R62 Private Boudoir ($16)

The Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipstick in R62 makes me feel like a million bucks.

The Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipsticks are an updated version of the so called iconic Sephora Lip Attitude Chic. The lipstick is super creamy, hydrating and packed with pigment. Thankfully, the blue shade doesn't transfer onto my teeth. This lipstick is quite difficult to wear in such a dramatic shade, as it moves around a lot when I talk and smush my lips together. If I'm looking to wear it for longer than a couple hours, I'd probably put a black lip liner underneath.

The Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipstick in R62 Private Boudoir is oh so badass and not so wearable. Regardless, I'm obsessed. Private Boudoir is a strange navy blue lipstick with a bit of purple. Yeah, it definitely makes my teeth look yellow. But whatever. The Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipsticks are available in 41 shades.
